My 5 top tips for the ultimate green smoothie experience. 

1.)Replace one meal with a protein, fibre and healthy fat packed smoothie.

This energy-packed drink is fast and nutritious. It will help to balance blood sugar (no sugary spikes). Try this for 7 days and see how you feel! 

2.)Go organic! 

As the greens in smoothies are so easily digestible, you want to go organic whenever possible. We know organic can be expensive and not available to everyone. One trick is to buy organic greens when in season, blend them with water, and store them in ice cube trays for quick use or freeze organic fruits. 

3.) Use Frozen goodies:

Frozen fruits will save you from adding ice, keep your smoothies cold, and add a beautiful smooth texture. Focus on low to medium-sugar fruits such as berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), pears, and apples. We also love using avocado (this is awesome for added creaminess & healthy fats. Just cut it up and freeze it!)

4.) Rotate your greens
