At NG Sweat, we keep it small and mighty with just 6 members per session. Be fully coached through 45-minute rollercoasters of high-intensity resistance training and cardio that'll have you shedding body fat, gaining lean muscle, and feeling like an energy superhero!

But here's the best part: You get to go at your own pace, with your own personal trainer coaching you every step of the way. No need to worry about keeping up with anyone else—this is all about YOU and YOUR journey.
