Hi, I'm Tom.

I've been helping women build strength, confidence and sustainable fitness habits for over 7 years and opened NG Sweat in West Bridgford in 2021.

My goal is simple:

Help women stop starting over.

No extreme diets.
No intimidating gym culture.
No complicated fitness plans.

Just expert coaching, enjoyable workouts and the support you need to stay consistent long enough to see real results.
