Hi. I'm Tom, and I've spent the last 7 years helping hundreds of women in Nottingham get their energy and confidence back—without the stress or complexity that usually comes with fitness.
I started NG Sweat after watching too many women struggle with fitness programmes that made them feel inadequate, confused, or like they were failing. I knew there had to be a better way—something that actually worked WITH your life, not against it.
I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Holistic Weight Loss Specialist, but more importantly, I actually understand what it's like to feel stuck, frustrated, and like your body's just stopped responding to everything you try.
My approach is simple: High energy, high support, zero faff. I don't believe in making fitness complicated or intimidating. I believe in showing up, working smart (not just hard), and actually enjoying the process.
The women I work with aren't looking for a drill sergeant. They're looking for a coach who gets it, makes it fun, and helps them feel like themselves again.
