How Does It Work?

Starting any health & fitness journey can be a daunting thing so I've laid this one out for you to really reduce that overwhelm. You'll only need a set of dumbbells and your phone - that's it!

Over the course of this 7 days, I'm going to take you through a series of workouts every other day (starting the day after you join) which are going to get the heart pumping, energy flowing and really remind you how good working out can feel.

These follow along workouts are all designed, performed and guided by me to ensure they're mega simple to follow and packed full of coaching. The best part - they only take 20 minutes and are done straight from your phone. You don’t need a gym, fancy lycra combos or make any sacrifices to your busy day.

We’re going to revamp your nutrition, too. We'll figure out exactly what your body needs to feel its best and achieve those fitness goals. And guess what? We've got a bunch of delicious recipes with sample meal plans and plenty of nutritional resources to help keep your motivation levels high and your meals exciting.

Hi, I’m Tom. I grew up in Nottingham with my super sporty and slightly nutty family. By the age of 12 I knew I was destined to be a beach bum surfer. When that didn’t pan out, I turned to my second love: Personal Training.

I’ve combined my love for helping people with my knowledge of the mind, body and nutrition to help busy women find their mojo again.

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Certified Holistic Weight Loss Specialist, I’ve helped 100s of women over many years take the control back through simple nutrition and fitness coaching.

I’ve now taken all the wins (and losses) from what I call “week 1 struggles” and packaged it into a fool proof programme specifically designed to help you get back up and running. Why? Because there’s nothing in the world more powerful than creating the catalyst for something incredible.
