You'll never be waiting for someone else or stressing about keeping up. It's circuit-style training, so you're only ever doing your exercise at your time. I'm bouncing around the studio making sure everyone's getting the most out of every rep.

Outside the sessions? I'm coaching you on nutrition and holistic habits (no extremes, no calorie hell), checking in weekly, and available whenever you need support.

The Sessions Are Actually Enjoyable

45 minutes. Mix of cardio and resistance. Interval-based, always different, always energising.

We're not lifting stupid-heavy CrossFit barbells or doing sets-and-reps spreadsheets. We're building real-life strength and fitness in a way that's functional, challenging, and—here's the mad part—fun.

You'll be laughing, you'll be working hard, and you'll finish each session feeling proud of what you've achieved.

What Actually Happens When You Join

Week 1: You sleep better. You wake up without feeling like death. The 3pm crash? Gone. You've got energy you forgot you had.

Week 2: Your clothes start feeling different. Jeans looser. You're not collapsing on the sofa by 8pm. You realise this actually isn't that stressful.

The reality: Fitness happens in the studio (because I'm on you). Body composition changes happen outside (nutrition, habits, consistency). I coach you on both.

3 Ways To Train With Us

  • Capped at 30 members total. Maximum 6 women per session.

    Choose 2 or 3 sessions per week. Book the times that suit you. Train mornings or evenings to fit around work and school runs.

    • 2 or 3 x 45-minute sessions per week in groups of max 6

    This works best if: You've done some training before—gym sessions, classes, maybe even had a PT in the past—but you've fallen off track and need someone to get you back on it. The sessions move fast and change constantly, so you need to be comfortable picking up new movements quickly.

    If you're completely new to resistance training, I'd recommend starting with a few 1-to-1 sessions first to build your foundation and confidence—then join the group when you're ready. That way you'll get the most out of every session.

Meet Your Coach

I'm Tom. I've been coaching for 7 years, opened NG Sweat in West Bridgford in 2021, and have helped hundreds of women here get their confidence and energy back.

I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Holistic Weight Loss Specialist, but more importantly—I get it.

I started this studio because I was tired of watching women feel like failures in gyms that were either too intimidating, too complicated, or just didn't care about their progress.

Here's what I believe:

Fitness should improve your life, not take it over. It should be something you actually enjoy, not something you dread. And you shouldn't need a degree in nutrition or a military mindset to see results.

I'm here to coach you, keep you accountable, and make sure you leave every session feeling like the capable woman you are.
