The Training

Each of our 45 minute sessions are full body workouts designed to torch body fat, build lean muscle and skyrocket your energy levels fast. With only 6 spots per session, you’ll get all the personal attention and motivation you need to thrive. You literally cannot avoid getting fit and feeling great.

Nutrition & Lifestyle

All our members receive “real life” nutrition and lifestyle guidance. We’ll give you some simple tweaks that make a world of difference without you having to sacrifice your favourite naughties. Along with your own personalised plan, our medical grade body scanner with be there to keep track of your progress.

Community

The power of community is huge! Our Studio is capped at just 40 members so everyone will know your name, support you on your journey and keep you entertained during your sessions. You’ll also be hearing from Tom at least once per week to make sure you have all the support you need.
